Old Testament

The Old Testament (OT) is a collection of divinely inspired books written between 1450 B.C. and 430 B.C.. It is a historical record of God’s people, laws, sayings and promises that serves as an example for moral living and conduct. The OT contains images, symbols, and teachings about our Lord Jesus Christ and His role as our Savior. We should study it’s passages daily, and they will increase our understanding of prophets, covenants, blessings, ordinances, the scattering and gathering of Israel, and many other doctrines and principles of the gospel of Jesus Christ.
